Inventor and co-inventor of about fifteen international patents, Frédéric Conchy is an expert in industrial property and in the management of innovative projects.  He has managed multidisciplinary teams in the development of new products for an international biomedical group, Stryker Spine.  Chief Executive Officer of Exosun, he is in charge of the company’s development.

Jean-Noël de Charentenay
Co-founder and General Manager

A financial expert, Jean-Noël de Charentenay comes from the IT industry where he created and headed a French subsidiary of a European integrator specialized in IT architecture.  Today he manages the administrative and financial aspects of Exosun.

Dominique Rochier
Co-founder and Research Director


Researcher and active conference speaker in the field of solar energy, he masters multidisciplinary design and modeling.  Dominique Rochier manages the research activities of Exosun.  He elaborates the research programs for the company’s future products in solar concentration and ensures the company’s relationship with technological and scientific partners.

François Ménard
Director of Operations


François worked for over 20 years for an aeronautic group, Zodiac Aerospace, where he first held operational functions in studies, project management, industrialization, and production, after which he successively managed multiple Business Units in France and in the USA.  He is responsible for the complete implementation of solar plants in France and abroad from the studies up to delivery.  He is also in charge of operations and plant maintenance.

François Paponneau
Director of Development

François worked at Stryker Spine for 10 years as a Development Engineer and then as Project Manager in the biomedical field.  He collaborated with world renowned surgeons in the design and development of implants.  He is responsible for product development, method management, and animates a team of engineers and technicians.

Pierre Pigot
Director of Supply Chain Management 

Pierre has over 20 years of experience working in industry – within the fields of aeronautics, medical, electronics.  He was responsible for the engineering office, technology transfer and industrialization in different countries such as France, the UK, and the USA.
He manages the company’s design transfer activities - the link between development and subcontractors -, as well as purchasing and logistics.

Sébastien Conchy
Administrative and Financial Director

Sébastien worked for over 10 years as an LCL Director of Business centers and Agencies, then held the position of Development Director for a subsidiary of the group AGF-Allianz, before becoming the Manager of a practice specialized in private assets management. 
He is responsible for the administrative and financial aspects of EXOSUN.

Jean-Marc Fabius
Business Director France

Jean-Marc held sales responsibilities for over 10 years in the IT field for companies such as SPIE COMMUNICATION ou GTS GRAL.  He ensured business relationships with  key clients such as PSA, Société Générale, Caisse des Dépôts, CEA…as well as the management and development of a Business Unit. 
He is responsible for the company’s business development in France.

Isabelle Jaymes-Lafitte
QHSE Director

Isabelle has a dozen years of experience in implementing quality and environmental management systems for the electronic and automobile industries.  She is responsible for implementing the company’s policy for Quality-Security-Environment, defines and develops the quality and environmental processes and ensures their continuous improvement.
